Priya, an AI assistant for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), offers fast, accurate, and empathetic answers to customer questions. Artificial intelligence (AI) will revolutionize customer service, internal operations, and access to knowledge in every health and human services (HHS) government program. We have combined the latest AI solutions powered by Microsoft with our deep program knowledge to create Priya, YoungWilliams’ proprietary and customizable AI digital assistant. We’ve created a Priya assistant to answer general customer questions for SNAP.
Priya integrates seamlessly through Microsoft's Bring Your Own Data (BYOD). The BYOD integration allows Priya to use indexed documents specific to each HHS program in Azure's cloud to deliver precise answers. We can easily add your SNAP state-specific material.
