The Vigilant IT Whistleblower Web App provides a simple solution to allow staff and customers to disclose information whilst maintaining user privacy. When users submit their disclosure, they will be provided with a username and password to access the site. Once logged into the portal they can view any follow up communication and submit responses or additional information. Create your own submission categories and assign email addresses to receive notifications when a new submission is received and assign accounts to manage the submissions for each category.

You supply a Resource Group on your existing Azure subscription, assign an SQL Admin password for your database server and the deployment wizard will have your Whistleblower site up in minutes.
