High Frequency and raw time series data is currently stockpiling, largely unused, holding with it a vast amount of information. Right now our customers are waiting until their customers report an issue and then spending weeks of time trying to determine and resolve issues affecting millions of people. Additionally our customers have a wealth of information that they have not yet unlocked due to the frequency of raw time series data being measured from sensors across their infrastructure. With the PingThings' Platform customers will have the ability to unlock a comprehensive view of asset health, real-time issue diagnostics to resolve issues in hours or days, and predictive analysis & solutions which gives our customers the ability to ensure operational resiliency, efficiency, and sustainability now and into the future.
