What is OneTik?

OneTik is a SaaS solution that helps automate and reduce the cost of modern workplace migrations and transformations that typically result from Merger and Acquisition activity. OneTik allows the automation of complex Microsoft 365 legacy to tenant and tenant-to-tenant migrations, including secure assured server, personal and application data migrations; PC based Windows operating system rebuilds and standardisation, Mobile device management consolidation and simultaneous migrations to a different Active Directory Forest. The use of automation allows a fully remote delivery with a managed and assured outcome tracked through extensive management and engineering dashboards.

There are two primary components:

1. The custom OneTik agent that will be installed on PCs in your source environment
2. A web portal where you will monitor, manage and report on migration progress with Power BI to manage the service based migration components such as email and applications data migration as well as the overall project.

The OneTik agent allows comprehensive user configuration and access behaviours to be captured during the discovery phase and the data kept up to date thereafter. Using this data then user based outcome scenarios can be created that will define and drive the later migrations. This includes user-led Windows rebuilds to be conducted while the back-end automation simultaneously migrates server based user Mailboxes, OneDrive files, MDM settings and other Microsoft 365 data as well as importing non Microsoft based server data into OneDrive or SharePoint.

OneTik differs from individual technical migration tools in the marketplace due to its heavy automation, comprehensive end to end user centric approach and a focus on assured outcomes through a central management point.

What Problem Does OneTik Solve?

During an M&A or other corporate restructuring the time taken to conduct IT integration can make or break the project success. A full and detailed technical understanding of the source and/or destination environments is often unknown so a method of automatically discovering a comprehensive set of dynamic asset data is needed.(static records are always out of date as the business continues to evolve and cannot be used to initiate technical moves without a (often lengthy) discovery process. In addition Manual methods are subject to error and mistakes can impact an organisation through data loss, security breaches and lost productivity at a critical time. Automation provides an assured end to end process that collects and maintains accurate live data, significantly reduces error and can also substantially reduce cost due to the removal of manual processes, the automatic identification of significant savings through components such as software licencing and a reduction in the overall time taken to deliver the outcome.
