NetApp OnCommand Cloud Manager is the required installation and deployment software for NetApp® Cloud Volumes ONTAP. OnCommand Cloud Manager streamlines the management of your cloud and hybrid cloud storage environments based on the NetApp ONTAP® operating system, including Cloud Volumes ONTAP and NetApp FAS and NetApp AFF storage systems. OnCommand Cloud Manager eases the day-to-day requirements of your Cloud Volumes ONTAP environment including configuring, provisioning, and monitoring each of your active storage locations. It offers a point-and-click installation that automatically selects and assigns cloud resources to each instance. When deploying Cloud Volumes ONTAP, OnCommand Cloud Manager will use your Azure credentials to select the appropriate Azure compute and storage resources necessary to run the instance of your choice.
