The rollout of the AI ShieldOps service begins with an initial assessment of the customer's environment. This phase is essential for gaining a deep understanding of the client's existing infrastructure and identifying any vulnerabilities unique to their setup.

Following the initial assessment, we conduct a detailed gap analysis in relation to a robust security baseline. This analysis helps us pinpoint critical areas that need enhancement to bring the client's security up to a mutually agreed minimal level.

Onboarding involves integrating AI ShieldOps with the client's environment, which includes both multi-cloud and hybrid cloud configurations. Azure Sentinel, as a core component of our SOC, plays a crucial role in this process. Azure Sentinel provides a scalable, cloud-native SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automated Response) system that collects data across all user environments—cloud, on-premises, and hybrid—into a single central system. Using connectors for Microsoft solutions like Microsoft 365, Azure, and non-Microsoft solutions, Sentinel can detect threats across all platforms efficiently and accurately.

In parallel, Microsoft Defender XDR extends the capabilities of Azure Sentinel by not only detecting and responding to threats on endpoints but also offering preventative protection, post-breach detection, automated investigation, and response. This integration ensures a seamless, cohesive security stance that enhances threat visibility and incident response across all cloud environments.

Once the initial setup and integration are complete, our SOC operates continuously, monitoring and responding to threats in real time, 24/7.
