The Offer

• License for EscrowAI platform and one validation demonstration project. A demonstration project is defined as validating a single model/algorithm on a single data set within one month. • Platform familiarization testing. 30 days of familiarization testing, defined as a model/algorithm validating against an internal data set following activation of EscrowAI.
• DIY Activation & Implementation Resources. EscrowAI provides a unique opportunity to streamline documentation and approvals due to its privacy protections. Licensee will receive access to tools to support the promotion and adoption of EscrowAI including:

o Platform demonstration webinar.

o End User Manual with instructions on how to activate EscrowAI within a Data Steward’s Azure tenant.

o Driving Adoption: 35-slide PowerPoint on the opportunities to streamline and accelerate approvals and decision-making for data collaborations involving third parties outside your organization.

o Ethical Monetization Model: Briefing document on leveraging EscrowAI to enable ethical commercial arrangements for data licensing and computing with third parties, including a sample pricing model.

o Legal Opinions on Compliance with Regulation: Legal opinions on EscrowAI’s HIPAA and GDPR compliance; Sample streamlined Industry Sponsored Research contract agreement. Please note: Because neither BeeKeeperAI nor the third party ever takes possession of the data the HIPAA BAA is no longer required.

o Institutional Review Board (IRB) Sample: IRB structure and sample submission language for projects conducted in EscrowAI.

• Optional: Nordic Global Activation & Implementation Resources. Nordic offers two levels of services to assist data controllers and processors to activate EscrowAI including: a) Wrap-around services or b) Pre-defined Nordic Advisory consulting hours. Please refer to Nordic-EscrowAI Services.

Data controller Azure provisioning

Implementation requires one-time provisioning of Azure services in the data controller’s Azure subscription. These Azure services allow EscrowAI to provision and decommission a Trusted Execution Environment in the Data Steward’s Azure subscription automatically (including confidential virtual machines and confidential container groups). This will require 1-2 days for a data controller-sourced Azure cloud engineer to activate (not included).

• At the end of 1 year, the license will automatically renew unless it is terminated.
