Owncast is a versatile self-hosted live streaming server software, designed to empower users in creating their own live video streaming platforms. To check the installation of Owncast, open your web browser and navigate to http://your_server_ip:8080 and http://your_server_ip:8080/admin. If Owncast is successfully installed, you will be prompted to configure the server settings and start streaming your content.

The default username is admin, and the password is abc123 or you can find username & password in credentials.txt file located at /var/owncast directory.
