Jamba-Instruct leverages an unprecedented hybrid architecture combining a novel SSM language model architecture with the traditional Transformer architecture. This hybrid approach allows for a context window up to 256K (the largest in its size class by 8X), making long context use cases more economically feasible for enterprises and boosting quality of outputs.

Jamba-Instruct is now in Azure AI Studio and Azure AI model catalog. Azure AI Studio is the perfect platform for building Generative AI apps. AI Studio comes with features like Playground to explore models, Prompt Flow for prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to integrate your data into your apps.

The model is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis for the input and output tokens.
