Xoriant will provide comprehensive data analytics and migration support to Customer and support the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards as needed. The core responsibilities of the team are:

Data Architecture Design: Create a scalable data fabric framework that unifies multiple data sources, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Confirm that the architecture accommodates Power BI for both real-time and batch data visualizations. Data Ingestion and Integration: Create and manage pipelines to gather and merge data from various sources into the data fabric. Make sure Power BI can connect smoothly to both structured and unstructured data. Data Transformation and Modelling: Utilise ETL/ELT methods to convert raw data into organised, clean formats that are ideal for reporting and analysis. Create and manage data models tailored for Power BI to improve report performance and user experience. Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Work with business analysts and data scientists to create engaging and informative dashboards in Power BI. Activate advanced analytics capabilities such as DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and custom visuals to gain more interactive insights. Optimization and Performance Tuning: Enhance data models, queries, and storage solutions to ensure quick and efficient loading of Power BI reports, particularly when handling extensive datasets. Utilize Power BI’s performance analyser and optimization tools to observe and fine-tune report performance. Automation, Monitoring, and Reporting: Streamline data refresh workflows in Power BI to keep dashboards continuously updated. Establish monitoring mechanisms to oversee the health of data pipelines and track Power BI report usage for enhancing performance. Self-Service BI Enablement: Offer data models and ready-to-use datasets enabling business users to generate their own Power BI reports, while maintaining data accuracy and governance. Copilot Integration: Fabric's Copilot feature enhances teamwork on data projects, reducing silos, boosting efficiency, and speeding up time-to-value.

Provide a shared service team to consult and assist you with the implementation of a Microsoft Fabric architecture, development of Power BI reports and dashboards. Duration of enaggament will be approx 6 Weeks (with 240 Support hours capped)
