Week-1: Workshop The objective of the kick-off workshop is to talk and understand the business and system aspects of the cloud adoption goal. Globally followed cloud adoption strategies will be discussed and contextually related to the organization’s case. Assessment A detailed assessment of workloads, architecture, cost, and other factors is taken up during this stage. Week-2: Analysis The information gathered in the assessment phase is analyzed and related to the organization’s requirement, vision, budget, and other aspects such as security, futureproofing, etc. Outcome An interactive presentation along with the report will be provided at the end of the assessment.
