We will complete our Advance Vision Workshop process to:

• Learn about your business, its challenges, and any market pressures/opportunities
• Discuss current-state, future vision, and any in-flight transformation initiatives
• Assess current capabilities, processes, technologies and ways-of-working
• Analyse findings to create transformation initiatives and key performance indicators

Planning: Week 2
Translation of transformation initiatives into detailed plan balancing complexity, risk, resources and potential business impact.

Incubation: Weeks 3-10
With the expert support of our cloud native champion and wider community of 2,500+ technologies, we will build momentum, work closely with your teams and help accelerate or pivot initiatives required.
