S/4HANA on Azure 100 users: 4 Weeks Implementation

This offer is a "Standard" Implementation, for a Customer using SAP S/4, for up to 100 users (monthly cost)

The Following Azure resources are resource group, compute, virtual network, storage, backup. The landscape is made up of three environments: Development, Qualification and Production. The version is SAP S/4HANA 1909 with Fiori embedded.

Week 1: DEVELOPMENT: Compute resources are encrypted on a 300 hour / month basis, or approximately 14 hours per day from Monday to Friday.

• Hana DB: E32s v4, 32 vCPUs, 256GB RAM, premium disks with layout following Microsoft and SAP best practices, SLES4SAP.
• Primary AS (S/4 ABAP, Fiori Embedded): E4s v3, 4 vCPUs, 32GB RAM, premium disks, SLES4SAP

Week 2 / Week 3: QUALIFICATION & PRODUCTION: Compute resources are encrypted on a 3-year Reserved Instance.

S/4HANA QAS:

• Hana DB: M64ls, 64 vCPUs, 512GB RAM, premium disks with layout following Microsoft and SAP best practices, doubled volumes for production replication ("dual purpose") SLES4SAP
• Primary AS (S/4 ABAP, Fiori Embedded): E4s v3, 4 vCPUs, 32GB RAM, premium disks, SLES4SAP
• Secondary AS (S/4 ABAP, Fiori Embedded): E4s v3, 4 vCPUs, 32GB RAM, premium disks, SLES4SAP

SAP ADS QAS: Primary AS (S/4 Java): E2s v3, 2 vCPUs, 16GB RAM, premium disks, SLES4SAP

SAP WebDispatcher QAS: AS: E2s v3, 2 vCPUs, 16GB RAM, premium disks, SLES Standard

Week 4: The security options must be defined and encrypted according to the policy and the existing customer.

The package includes these Consulting and Service resources:

• Azure infrastructure, Operating System, Database, SAP: Proactive supervision, Operation, Administration.
• ExpressRoute 100Mbps and 5TB of data transfer
• “GRS” type backup (copy to a secondary region), retention of productive systems 15 days, 3 weeks, 8 weeks, and retention of non-productive systems 15 days
