Spark for AVD | Proof of Concept
As part of our Spark Framework, the second step is the Proof of Concept (POC), focused on validating that the AVD solution meets your organisation’s specific business and technical needs.
We begin by designing a customised POC architecture tailored to your organisation’s requirements, which is then outlined in a detailed design document for your review and approval. If necessary, we deploy a new or auxiliary Azure Landing Zone, configuring essential networking, security, and governance policies to ensure the right foundations are in place. Once the design is approved, we set up the AVD environment, including configuring virtual machines, storage, and network settings.
After deployment, we perform functional and performance testing to validate system efficiency and integration with your existing infrastructure. This is followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where end-users test the environment to ensure it aligns with business needs and user expectations. Any issues identified during testing are resolved through remediation, and the system is further optimised for performance, security, and overall configuration.
This approach ensures your AVD solution is fully tested, refined, and ready for full-scale deployment.
A successful Azure Virtual Desktop POC will demonstrate that the solution is capable of meeting both the business and technical requirements of your organisation. It reduces risk by validating the solution in a controlled environment and provides a clear path forward for full-scale production-ready deployment. By the end of the POC, you’ll have confidence that your AVD solution is ready to provide employees with a secure, scalable, and efficient remote desktop experience.
Pricing and duration will vary based on the scope of the engagement.
