• Assess: Eastwall will conduct an evaluation exercise to analyze your existing Power BI landscape, reviewing workspaces, capacities, datasets, and licensing to identify optimization opportunities and create a tailored migration plan.

• Pilot: Collaborating with your team, Eastwall will deploy the F64 Fabric SKU in your Azure tenant, run a proof-of-concept migration for a selected workspace, and validate governance, performance, and user functionality in the new environment.

• Production Migration and Validation: Once validated, Eastwall will execute the production migration of multiple Power BI workspaces to Fabric, ensuring a seamless cutover with minimal operational disruption. After migration, Eastwall will finalize the agreed upon design decisions to implement governance best practices, monitoring strategies, and capacity optimization recommendations.

• Strategize: Eastwall will facilitate a leadership review session to present an executive summary of the engagement, propose follow-up opportunities, and deliver a roadmap for analytics modernization and additional Fabric adoption initiatives. We provide robust documentation in the form of our Functional Design document as a final technical deliverable.
