Within the scope of this offer 2 main phases are covered:

• Use-case selection & concept Alignment on strategical impact, Alignment on technical requirements, Compact concept incl mockups & architecture
• MVP development & pilot usage Deployment of the base data platform based on CS best practices (Data Factory), Agile sprint development based on a agent starter package, Regular deployments for validation, Deployment for piloting group of MVP

Afterwards the solution can further be extended to meet full requirements for a company wide deployment (if necessary, not in scope of this offer). The pricing is an estimate based on possible Microsoft fundings that will be claimed as part of this project.
