Managed Database (ARC enabled data services) Planning & Deployment

Our end-to-end service includes end-user handover, feature introduction, and deployment of the SQL Managed Instance. Service delivery:

• Acuutech will validate the target platform to confirm it is operating correctly. 
• Acuutech will confirm that the target platform has sufficient resources to host the SQL database instance and database workloads. 
• Acuutech will install the ARC for Kubernetes service into the target Kubernetes cluster and validate that the cluster is operating correctly via the Azure portal. 
• Acuutech to deploy Microsoft best practice security, anti-virus and policy settings onto the target Kubernetes cluster via ARC for Kubernetes. 
• Acuutech to deploy the ARC for data-services platform, running Microsoft SQL, within a Linux container. 
• Deploy SQL MI database instances.
• SQL database instance will be configured in line with the defined specifications. 
• Validate that the database instance is operating correctly.
• Provide handover and operations training.
